if you do nothing with the sim the child will get three out of four good traits it should be harder to get those instead its hard to get the bad traits it should be the other way around

I have gotten as many as 4/5, but only when I had aging on long and when I was controlling everyone in the household. And it was nearly as hard as getting the 5 star vet clinic. The one that I never was able to get was conflict resolution.
In the challenge I'm currently playing, I can only control the one sim and the most I've ever gotten for a kid was 3/5 and that was pretty much a miracle as far as I'm concerned.
The traits that seem easiest to get to me are responsibility and manners.
