Regarding the zits, I understand why some may be a bit disappointed they are not a "mini-challenge" of sorts but that does not mean you can't make your own. I already thought about this for my game and I will probably give the teens zits, which they have to treat with the confident potion reward. E.g. as soon as the can afford to get 3 confident potions with their own satisfaction points the acne is considered treated and will be removed. Or something like that anyway.
