Parenthood GP Prerelease Info: SimGuru Statements etc.

I was hoping for some games like playing tag or bunk beds.
But as far as I remember, we can't add skin details for sims already existing.. So we'll be able to add acne only while creating new sim?
I wish it was random like in The Sims 2
