We can add tattoos in CAS without using cas.fulleditmode. We can add other skin details in CAS with cas.fulleditmode. (I suspect that they'll be treating acne like tattoos - and actually that making tattoos accessible without cas.fulleditmode might have been part of acne-coding.)
