When the sims 3 was still going I used to only buy the expansion packs and a few things from the store. It wasn't until after the sims 3 ended that I went back and bought the stuff packs. I've tried both cc and mods for the sims 3 but was never happy with the way the cc made my sims look so I stopped using it. I only started using mods after the sims 3 ended and I enjoy them but don't generally use them that often.
