Partial DLC Simmers

I've played like that for a short time with Sims 2 & 4. I started with Sims 2 (around the time seasons came out) right after buying my first house, I was on a budget and said I wouldn't buy more than the base game. I played it for a few months that way and then started buying the stuff packs, later I was slowly gifted the EP's from my husband. I bought Sims 3 at launch and bought all packs at launch or close to it, I bought up most of the store over time as well. With Sims 4 I didn't have any interest at all when it came out. I decided to try the base game last summer when my gaming computer fried on me, and Sims 3 was no longer working. Now thanks to a new PC I have really gotten into the game, and own everything except vampires and the Halloween stuff pack. I have very little will power with the Sims, and thankfully a very understanding spouse ;)
