Have 2 silver and need one more?
Do a date. You need one more silver social event and date is the easiest one.
The other part od step 2 is throw 5 parties. Nobrainer.
Start a dinner party, then end it instantly. Click on the timer.
Do this 5 times.

Look, if you used cheats and are planning to use cheats forget what I said and use cheats.
I cannot help with that nor I know what game things get messed up with cheats. Sorry but that's how it is.
