Party Place Lot Trait

Does anyone know the full effects of the Party Place lot trait? I just threw a house party with that lot trait enabled and it didn't seem to do much, all the basic requirements showed up, have sims kiss, have sims play a game, have sims drink, etc. but completing them didn't seem to effect the bar filling anymore than it does without the trait.

    No one truly knows the algorithm for how that lot trait even works, not even all the cheat sites know either. It's either fundamentally defunct, broken, and/or useless.
