I guess I'm the odd one out in this case. My PC is high spec and the memory boost has really helped for me.
I had memory boost on for a while but sometime in the last few patches it randomly started having longer load times. I don't use mods or cc or anything, but I did notice it was a bit faster after I used TrayImporter to move some Library items out of Documents and onto my backup drive. Tray folder is under 15MB now, but I think it's faster keeping it closer to 10MB. Also I moved/backed up everything in Screenshots and that seemed to help too
