When they are done the participants freeze and you have to travel or go back to the neighborhood to get them out.

I've had an intermittent bug where if the sims in question don't "own" the item (bed assigned to a different sim, closets in residential lots with sims that don't live on that lot. Sometimes closets on nightclub lots, etc.) they get stuck when they try to woohoo. I've had it since before the pre-patch for Eco Lifestyle.
I thought there was a bug report on it, but I can't find it at the moment.
