I just played for a while and I had no big issues.
One thing I noticed was that my game looked awful, almost like low graphics and I haven't changed them. Everything seemed a bit blurry. I raised the graphics but my game just lagged too much, I had to lower them again. I'll see how it looks the next time I play.
The other thing that happened was that my Sim got stuck twice. She didn't respond to anything and I couldn't even reset her. She was just standing and nodding her head. I had to use M key to travel to another lot and that was the only thing that helped.
I love the new Sim profiles. :)
