I installed the patch and played for over an hour. Everything was fine for most of the hour but then, the game kinda froze. The time is stuck at 1.33am in the game , yet the snow is still falling outside. I tried to save the game but it still stuck at the save screen.
My laptop has excellent specs and I have not had any problem with playing Sims 4 or any of the packs.
So obviosity this has something to do with the patch. Its a shame because I was really enjoying the new additions with it.
Update. The game is working properly now so it seems to have been a temporary issue. Just hope it doesn't happen again.
