I play with quite a few and a megaton of CC but I don't have any lag. It depends on your PC. My desktop and laptop are essentially exactly the same so I don't have any choppiness or lag in either. On my desktop I can play at 144 refresh rate so that really makes it nice. So it does depend heavily on your PC's capabilities.
