Peculiar specific social sims do
I have no clue why this is, but when sims socialize, they sometimes do this weird slap the air and laugh awkwardly at the other sim who gets overwhelmed as if the sim made a very enercetic inapropria...

As of 2024 October, I can say thag the interaction has gotten worse. It happens constantly autonomously. I did make my sim a funny sim with hilarious trait now, but he does this forced loud interaction constantly. Hed even apparently spit in the other sims face during it and cause an awkward response.
