Penthouse Grass?

The Penthouse in the Arts Quarter - is there anyway possible to put grass on one of the side porches? Wondering if the dog could make use of this instead of having to go outside on the concrete. Also wondering if that would allow planting the fang flower tree, sixam trap and trash plant. Thanks so much for any help!

    When you are in build mode find the tiles, click outdoor, and the grass called "Out to Pasture Grass" will work but only if the area does not have roofing or is inside; which means your pets won't use to relieve themselves in a regular apartment, you can, however, garden on the grass in both apartments and penthouses.
