people stuck in my house

So the new town mascot keeps showing up at my house and there isn't an option to ask him to leave so my poor sims have just been living with the fact that he is always there --but now the vampire guy showed up to and he also won't leave and all my stuff is breaking. I am assuming that's the vampire's fault. I have updated my door policies but how do I get all these people out of my house?

    so even weirder. I tried to delete him using MCCC comand center and the debug cheat and Vlad just would not leave. I had to use Mcc to turn him mortal and then use MCC to kill him. traumatized my poor sims.

    Ok. Now it's just getting weird. Haha!
    Maybe the game needs a 'repair'?
