Person asking to hang out never shows up?

This happens to me too. Hopefully there will be a fix for this in the Thursday patch. (We usually get a patch the Thursday before a pack so I am assuming there will be one)

I am also having issues with unemployed Sims not showing up to invitations and the ask to hang out function does not seem to be working because even if they agree I see it the very next time I attempt to initiate dialogue as an option. On the rare occasions they agree and a group is formed it only last a very short time before reappearing in the dialogue. It doesn't matter if they are happy and all their needs are met either. That coupled with the severely compromised attention span of most Sims is making it hard to make friends because they just keep walking away. One of the biggest reasons they walk away is to wash their hands, even if their hygiene is good.

One of my sims recently accepted an invitation to go clubbing with her sister. When she traveled there, she and her sister were apparently in an apartment (or other building) in San Myshuno. I'm saying this because they were standing in front of an elevator. As far as I could tell, they weren't in a club of any kind. I clicked for my sim to use the elevator, and she ended up alone.

I've also had several instances where -- as others have said -- a sim accepts an invitation and either the one who invited that sim isn't there, or they disappear immediately after greeting my sim. I sometimes call them on the phone and "invite to hangout at current lot" just to get them back.

The group/invitation thing is something else that could use a little tweaking. I'm glad we have the "do this together" interaction, at least. It does help me keep sims together on outings.
