Pet hats

I have a question about the hats for pets.I'm looking for the toast hat,I've seen it in pictures but I am not able to find it in my game.Was the toast hat just for the TS4 promotional video or is it really a hat that is in the game? If anyone can help that would be great.

toast hat should be in there. did you check both outfit categories? pets have two I think.

Have you checked both species and both dog sizes? I think the wearables are unique for each. The toast hat might be for cats, but I'm not sure?
