Only time I see animals other than seagulls in the Bay is with a sim living there, then it's only a few cats. Take a sim from another neighborhood, and no animals. Have seen only 1 dog in the Bay, and that was right after the pack released. Once again the current team manages to gut a feature that works great in TS2. Am beginning to think they are deliberately trying to wreck the series so EA can dump it to concentrate on the real $ makers: sports and war.
