Pets Puppy problems

So I just got pet's and got an adobal littel puppy <3 (Buster) for my famaly. I saw that you can put your pet's littel outfits can you do that to puppys or do you need a fully grown dog do to do that?

Only adult animals can wear clothes, so you'll have to wait for your puppy to grow up.
