Pets wandering around ill, dirty and miserable

As a rotational player I'm noticing that the pets from my inactive played households are wandering around the neighbourhood looking incredibly sad, ill and in serious need of a bath. Whichever househo...

There's no mention of this specific issue in today's PC patch notes. They've apparently fixed other issues with pets, but no mention of them wandering the neighbourhood looking dirty, ill and miserable.
