Photos not showing in screenshots folder

Try moving your screenshots folder to the desktop. Then load the game, take some screenshots, exit the game and check to see if the screenshots are in the new screenshots folder.

the issues still remain, repairing the game may help. To do that, go to games library in Origin, right click on the sims 4 picture and click repair

I took out the old screenshots and a new one appeared and my shots were in there, so thank you once again, my dear @rosemow. I had so many shots in the old folder it is about time for a new one anyway, so I've kept the old one on an external drive to use when I need to. I can always count on you and I appreciate you so much. :) :) <3 <3
