piercings unwanted but appear on my sim

:# How can I get rid of the piercings that appears when I am editing a sim in CAS . The sims face and ears are covered with them (like 4 nose things and eyebrow and those huge ear thing uck!
they are gross to me and dont want them in my game.
dont use mods sorry
please help

You mean the ones that autogenerate when they age, along with rings and bracelets and hats and such? I think you just have to go into each outfit category and delete them. Lately I end up with a nose ring and and eyeball ring on at least one outfit each every time.

Go to jewelry and you should see the ear ring icon and just click on the x and that will remove all piercings.
