Placing pre-existing build on half-water lot?
I'm not sure if anyone has answered this, but I'm wondering if you place a build on one of the half land/half water lots, does the lot automatically lay down terrain and the remaining water is used? ...

One of the gamechangers said that she didn't think you could build basements on a beachfront lot, so any house with a basement would probably not work.
