Placing pre-existing build on half-water lot?
I'm not sure if anyone has answered this, but I'm wondering if you place a build on one of the half land/half water lots, does the lot automatically lay down terrain and the remaining water is used? ...

I have a house I'd love to place in Sulani but it has a small backyard that I think runs into the water.

Also terrain tools won't work on those lots that incorporate water because the devs didn't want the animation of the sims interacting in the water to get messed up.
