Plants not evolving
Have recently noticed that my sheltered plant isnt evolving at all, even though im taking care of it and there is a bee house next to it it isnt evolving past normal at all has anyone else found this?

the meter shows no progress and its sheltered so its grown fully, and no option to evolve as the meter hasnt moved at all, unless theres something new where it will grow out of season if its sheltered but cant be evolved out of season then i dont know
