I have mixed feeling. I did pay full price for it but that isn't my concern. I'm concerned that this will set things up for 'surprise mechanics' (EA's words). I refuse to purchase games that have loot boxes. The EU describes it as gambling (They took EA to court over the matter) and an American judge back in the 80's or 90's (I don't remember the exact year) told a game company that did something similar that they apparently had sold an undeveloped game which is illegal. Because in reality 'Free' is never free. I'm certain that Sims 5 is around the corner and if it is online multiplayer I won't be buying it but I might purchase if it was co-op and single player.
