I'd only seen lots of people get a bit confused with the bug hotel one. The other one will be for fertilizing the garden with I think, and that sounds pretty cool although did I just make that up. (Too tired to check right now)

Dear devs, maybe you work to change The Sims 4 and give us more playable game, huh?
Maybe make the traits more expressive, maybe fix and improve whims, maybe stronger moodlets (especially negative ones)? Some attractivness, more interactions and connections between Sims?
Noo, give us a huge garbage to clean like on IL and items from GtW. Thanks for ladder, at least it will be for free. :/

Maybe there will be stronger moodlets in this one - the constant DISGUST at the filth everywhere, erm....damn.

This is what's turned me around on the trailer. I love playing with families, and I think I'd REALLY love playing with entire communities. One of my favorite aspects of Island Living is how tight-knit that world feels and how it encourages that sense of community through cleaning up the beach and with the island feasts.

If the game mechanics go beyond what's in the pack (performing arts, community garden, etc.) and allow you to host other types of community events/spaces like barbecues, block/dance parties or a tutoring center. Basically, I want neighborhood party/social events that my Sim doesn't have to host personally haha.

It could also be game-changing to have lots that are basically unplayable until the community Sims clean it up.

I like how this pack is so on brand, in the way that it takes so many features that we think are trash, and recycles them into new old trash features to sell back to us.

Edit: I just rewatched the trailer and I’m even more disappointed. The “chicken coop” is a worm farm, with worms that don’t even look like worms. The world is just an uglier Willow Creek, with the same hideous curb-to-creek thing going on. I was hoping for piers and slopes to the harbour, a waterside town. This is an ugly semi-city. I also despise the chain link neighbourhood, cranes, containers and other junk “decorating” the neighbourhood. Hideous, even when it’s cleaned up. I want a world I can decorate for myself! I’m sick of so many ugly worlds, with the majority being a set that I can’t touch. I hate it. I hate so much of it. We voted for eco living as a STUFF pack, and that was before we had most of these features in the game already, and when we naively hoped that cars, generational play, etc would be given to us in addition to these features.

This pack is even worse than I thought:

So far from what I have seen I am not really excited. I hope the live stream changes that. Still on wait mode to decide how I feel about this pac.
