Playing the Sims 4 at a 4K resolution?

Hi, I have a 4k monitor, and recently I tried running the game at 4k. The game ran fine (as fine as it normally does), but I noticed that all the UI became ridiculously tiny. The game overall looks way better running at 4k, but I was wondering if there is any way to resize the UI elements so I can enjoy the game at 4k and also have the UI be a reasonable size. Any help is greatly appreciated :)
