PLEASE ADD A BUILDING OPTION FOR MULTI HOUSEHOLD LOTS!

It would be nice but will EA/Maxis actually do it or can it be done? CL for me was an disappointment as certain features are locked in and does not work in other packs which limits creativity or how one can rule in their game, but it is what it is. :(
