PLEASE ADD A BUILDING OPTION FOR MULTI HOUSEHOLD LOTS!

At first City Living seemed awesome, then I realized that I could not build my own multi household lots, or even just my own apartment buildings! Just imagine the possibilities: Row houses ...

This honestly would be great for a caravan park! If it was being implemented I would imagine assigning each house like the DU dorm system where you can't control that household and using a similar system as the move house tool in the build mode to identify it as a house (or block cluster I think) rather than a room, if that makes any sense.
Somehow if multi-household exists in the game I'm lowkey hoping there would be hotel lots or more apartments too.
