Please, Consider Non Mandatory Content Updates

Just as suggestion. Many of us have enjoyed free content updates. However, many would prefer these to never be mandatory. Is there some sort o agreement that all free content must be installed into...

It could be convenient but I don't think it's feasible. I mean how will they create lots and NPCs if nobody has the same stuff in their base game ?
