Please don't attach hats/shoes to outfits
In the new wedding pack some outfits have hats attached to them, some also shoes. This is very frustrating because it takes away flexibility. Why can't we mix and match these as we like?

I think one very good reason why this was not done, is that this is ceremonial Indian garb, with a specific, culturally important need for the tummy to be bare. To alter it, on purpose, to appropriate it as a fashion choice, would display cultural insensitivity and/or disrespect. It has to have the navel exposed, or it cannot be the garment that is depicted. The good news is, there are already plenty of Western-Style Wedding dresses to choose from, in white, with navels covered.
I know we already have a lot of white dresses that can be used as wedding gowns, but we don't have one with a long veil. It would have taken them very little effort to make a version of this dress suitable for western weddings.
I totally agree. We have one Eastern dress with a long veil and one Muslim headscarf with a long veil. A western option with a long veil would have been very welcome as well.
