Not using MOO is a good start. But I know it has something to do with how they are built because I built my own and now everything is fine and working fast.

Im a builder too :) I just get too lazy sometimes to bother. But lately ive had so much more inspiration and so I built community lots today for the first time in a while @kaiwrysims
