It's a new gen processor . I have 16gb RAM and I run on Ultra with an average FPS of 170 <3 Yes, its a laptop and laptops can run this game. Regardless it exceeds system requirements. So anyway, after I made this post I went and then built my own restaurant, to see if its just an issue with the gallery ones I was using before being less functional due to MOO cheats being overused and also the use of more than one of each required item. Basically just to test the pack itself. I didnt use MOO in my build at all and my Outdoor dining restaurant turned out beautifully . The food actually came in a timely manner. Not even a full sim hour. So, my guess is that a lot of builders are putting their restaurants together in a way that is less than functional way. Not slamming the creators, I love them even though I prefer to use my own lots. But they could ease up a little.
Because the restauraunt i built myself after making this post serves up food fast and again I did not use MOO. I am building my own lots now anyway, so its fine and I want to use MOO very sparingly. Im not sure that was the only issue going on. But its likely @SimTrippy

For me, after a bit of testing, I found giving the waiters a lot of space to come and go helps.
Yes, give them enough space, don't overdo it on the seating options either (restaurants that end up having to serve 30+ tables might be a bit much), try to avoid MOO as much as you possibly can, use little CAS, don't use alt all the time either to move objects around. I think by sticking as much as possible to what the game allows you to do without cheats in terms of building, the better.
