Please Help!Style Influencer

Please Help!Style Influencer...
I have no idea how to get my Sim to "Discuss Outfits or Fashion, there is no option for it in any chat category :( I've tried everything but still sitting at not started

    Thank you both. I did a "repair game" and now it is there. :)
