Please remove: pear-shaped male Sim body shape

I really, really want this gone. 90% of generated male Sims in my game are pear-shaped. It hurts my eyes and makes my sanity is go South. I don't know anyone who does not hate this shape in males with...

If you remove that shape Jefferey Landgraab will cease to exist! :o

Lol, just kidding. I guess I don't pay that much attention to the townies because I've never noticed this as a major problem.
