I deliberately made sure there were no other noises. You must have sensitive ears, even turning the page of her book is louder ;) How do you cope with all the emotional sound effects in Sims 4?
I can bare the sound, the visual part is more distractive to me ;) I believe it also depends a lot whether or not you get used to something. If you play TS3 for so long, it's no wonder that some things are just there for you. I've played TS2, then went to TS4, and just then I've tried TS3, so it was pretty noticable for me, compared to TS4. But when it comes to TS2, which in fact has pretty noticeble sound effect during changing the wants, I didn't even think about it as something distracting since I'm so familiar with that.
