Wow..... my jaw just dropped. I was giving this the benefit of a doubt but my opinion has changed...... this is the worst pack we have ever gotten (for me at least)
Out of curiosity do you think this has anything to do with them working for home? And studios that they work with in china shutting down? It's never been this bad ??????

From what I’ve been told they’ve had this in production since long before the pandemic. Also there’s a few other games I play where employees are working from home who are just knocking it out of the park every time. I honestly think this is just a good intention that wasn’t well executed.

Me, who have played the game since 2014 feels that this pack is the completely wrong direction that I want for the sims. And Plumbella is right on all her points.

This is an early access review by someone who has never played the Sims before. He makes some very good points.

Thank you, that was very fun to watch actually. He basically feels that this pack will probably not appeal to people who don't play the sims at all...but it will maybe appeal to people who play the sims. But his GF did appearantly not like it, mostly because she did not see much of a use for those items when she was not on Batuu.

It was pretty fun to hear him say things like "I don't see much use in grinding credits, there is nothing expensive to buy." Welcome to the sims4, lol. We have been saying that for six years.

That's why I like her.
There are simmers that would praise an empty paper bag if it had the sims written on it then there are those that will dump on the sims every chance they get. She is one that seems to be pretty even handed and unbiased either way. And our tastes tend to run the same lines so for me it would make sense to check her review first.

You didn't see me state she has to have her own thread.
Me stating my assumption seems pretty clear and if you look up you will see another review so I dont your point.

This is a helpful review. I have only seen one star wars film (phantom menace) which was years ago when it came out and I don't know the lore/story of the franchise so I'm in a similar position to Plumbella. She usually gives honest reviews and it doesn't seem a great pack at all if you don't know or like star wars and seems shallow in content for star wars fans. The only things I know about star wars are lightsabers, r2d2 and stormtroopers all the rest makes no sense to me. The fact she has slated this pack so much is very interesting.
