Sounds interesting. Victor Feng in my game rose to the top of the politics career, which is National Leader, so I reworked Von Haunt Estate as his National Leader Estate and made a club of National Leader Staff to help him out. I didn't do anything to create elections besides the vote-related actions in the politics career.
Shortly after that he got pregnant with an alien baby, much to Lily's horror, and became a much interesting character :)
