@Simmerville They are all played sims. I put their story status as "Story Status: Main/Major/Minor/Misc/NPC" (based on how often they get played) and then boldened what category the sim belongs to. Jeff, the president, is Misc, meaning I only play him when something explicitely calls for him to take action. So far that hasn't happened, so he mainly appears on screen when I invite him to Detroit to spend some time with his son (whom my main family fosters and will probably adopt later on).
@cyncie I like the idea of Alex as a politician! Seeing that she is a tutorial sim, I tend to give her roles in support or guidance oriented fields, and politics fits that nicely.
