I use several mods, though not to the 'crazy' degree (if you don't count one 'famous' adult mod). It's mostly a few custom careers, MCCC for adjusting some things, and a few smaller things (like a mod that stops some annoying autonomous actions or a mod that makes sim put instruments and tablets into their inventory instead of dropping it on the floor/table).
Then, I have a load of CC - mostly clothing and female hair.
And, yeah, body hair mod because, for some reason, Sims authors can't give us something so basic and natural. Meh.
