Can ponds freeze over when it's winter and if so can Sims skate on them?

Do you have the link to the mod ??? - I don't think so
I really wish they would be useable as skating rings though would make lots of sense and ponds (round ones) are items so it wouldn't even be so hard to implement - This person has a mod for freezing ponds, but I don't think they are skate-able. Since it is in mod-the-sims, I cannot get to that site at work, it is blocked. (I was in shock when I was able to get to these forums at work)
