I felt food was restricted on campus to certain times. Not sure how else to better describe it. I cheated and added a mini fridge to my dorm room. Would be cool to have a community kitchen in the dorm areas. Our sims need those snacks and energy drinks for those late night study sessions.
Also, if they could make the dorm residents less... annoying. They're all over for me, in and out of my sims room, using my sims items like laptop, instruments. :/
