Possible Face Glitch Workaround

The recent face glitch especially affecting sims' eyes and mouths seem to be tied to sliders. I've noticed that the stomach, thighs, butt, and feet sliders all seem to cause the eyes and teeth to be pulled inward. Shoulders, arms, hips, and calves don't seem to cause distortion. Unfortunately, muscle and weight gain also seems to cause it. One possible workaround until this bug is fixed is to use the default body presets without adjusting the aforementioned sliders or letting the sim gain weight or muscle mass. Weight loss and small muscles don't seem to cause distortion.

I've only tested the sliders on young adult women and men. Feel free to chime in if you notice anything I missed.

It's unfortunate not being able to sculpt much of sims, but this small workaround might help at least until the bug is fixed.
