Obviously, I can make a toddler in CAS, but I want them to go through the whole pregnancy and birth. I know there's a cheat to give them a pregnancy buff, but I'm not sure if you can pick the other parent when you do that? I have MCCC if that helps. Can this be accomplished with cheats or mods? You need the MCCC mod. Click on the Sim you wish to be pregnant. Click MC Command>Pregnancy>Pregnancy Start and you should be able to select the partner.
