I'm currently playing the 7D Legacy Challenge by PhDSimmer based off the 7 Dwarfs from Snow White. Each generation is another dwarf, starting with Doc and ending with....I can't remember who,, Sleepy maybe?
It does have directions for each generation but it's not super strict so far. The first generation your sim has to max the medical career, max logic or programming, complete their aspiration, and have at least 2 children.
I also really enjoyed the I'm a Lover Challenge but never finished that one. I got too attached to the second generation heir, and couldn't put her through what the rules require. The game eventually did it for me though.
