potential Mood mod advice

Hi I am wondering if there is any mod or something out there that will make it to where my sims won't get so sad for so long for not having a birthday party or any party for that matter.. or for missing a holiday. I have never been one to really care too much about holidays nor have I ever been really interested in elaborate celebrations of birthdays. I think the only way they should be sad is if i specifically lock a whim in to place that deals with said event that then passes by. I can see where this can be something for some sims with certain personality types. Like the one that deals with popularity, or something.. Other than that it just seems silly for them to get overly upset cause they miss a chance at a birthday party as an adult. Look I am in touch with my inner child too but it really isn't that big of a deal to not have a birthday party.. matter of fact i would prefer not to have one personally lol.. perhaps it is my extreme introversion that makes this annoying to me.. but I dunno I would like to be able to at least edit the severity of some of these mood reactions.
