I didn't even get the bonus items from High School Years, Horse Ranch, and Growing Together because I bought it from GameStop instead of EA. (During the promo period)
I tried so hard to get the rewards through support but they don't speak English whatsoever and just refuse to understand or help. Smdh. Now I just download the CC which adds them in.
