Pregnancy in CAS
Hello :) I’m trying to start a new game with a sim being pregnant. I thought I could do this in create CAS or using MCC, does anybody know how I could achieve this please?

They don't even allow you to edit pregnant sims with cheats on, probably because of the way the genetics are handled or something like that. But as the poster above said, you could download one off the gallery, you won't be able to edit it much, though.
I downloaded a pregnant sim, and other than changing her age which you can't do, was able to edit her appearance completely. Baby born in due course looked like Mom in skin and hair coloring. No mod needed for this. I do this quite frequently. I just like seeing the baby and aging it up to toddler. /shrug
